Software Development and IT Consulting for Miami
Software Development and IT Consulting for Miami
PS3G serves Miami, FL organizations remotely from Wilmington, DE and an India delivery center: websites, web and mobile apps, .NET, cloud, data.
PS3G is a software development company that serves Miami and South Florida organizations remotely from its headquarters in Wilmington, Delaware, with a delivery center in India. We build websites, web applications, mobile apps, .NET systems, cloud migrations, data platforms and AI features, and we provide IT consulting for Miami companies that want a plan before a build. We do not have a Miami office. Delivery is remote, with in-person meetings by arrangement, and it works for organizations of every size: a Brickell founder with a first product, a Doral freight forwarder replacing paper and spreadsheets, or a department inside a hospital, hotel group or regional headquarters that needs engineers who can follow its rules.

How we serve Miami without a local office
Our only office is at 1201 N Market Street in Wilmington, Delaware; the Wilmington, Delaware page describes it. We have no office in Miami, Fort Lauderdale or West Palm Beach, and we do not use a local mailbox or forwarding number to appear closer than we are.
Miami and Wilmington are both on Eastern Time, so our US team is available for your entire business day. Philadelphia International, about 25 minutes from our office, has frequent direct flights to Miami and Fort Lauderdale of around three hours. We make the trip for kickoffs, discovery workshops and milestone reviews when being in the room matters, and we schedule those visits so a single trip covers several working sessions.
Between visits, delivery runs on video calls, a shared backlog, a weekly written status note and a demo at the end of each iteration, with a US project manager as your point of contact. The India team works during your night. For Miami firms with partners in Latin America, most of that region sits within an hour or two of Eastern Time, so joint calls are easy to schedule.
What Miami organizations ask us for
Miami’s economy faces south and east: international trade through PortMiami and the airport, regional headquarters for Latin America, tourism and hospitality, cruise lines, real estate, construction and property management, healthcare, and a growing finance and fintech scene. The projects that come to us reflect that.
- Trade, freight and logistics: freight forwarding and customs document workflows, shipment tracking portals, warehouse tools, and integrations with carrier, broker and EDI systems.
- Hospitality, travel and cruise: booking and reservation systems, guest portals and apps, event management, and websites that hold up under seasonal traffic.
- Real estate, construction and property management: owner and tenant portals, HOA and condo management tools, maintenance request apps, and document workflow for projects and closings.
- Healthcare: HIPAA-compliant patient-facing apps, EHR integration over HL7 and FHIR, and telehealth. We build and run our HIPAA-compliant EHR and telehealth platform, DocVilla, so those requirements are part of our daily work.
- Finance and regional headquarters: customer portals, multi-currency and multi-entity reporting, and internal systems that connect a Miami office with operations across the Americas.
- Bilingual products: English and Spanish interfaces built with proper localization from the start rather than translated afterward.
South Florida also plans around hurricane season. Cloud architecture with a tested disaster-recovery plan comes up in many of our Miami conversations, and it is a sensible first project for an organization still running servers in a closet.
Services for Miami organizations
Every service we offer is available to Miami clients on the same terms as anywhere else. The table maps common requests to the page that explains each.
| You need | What we deliver | Service page |
|---|---|---|
| A new or rebuilt website | Design, build, content migration, accessibility and maintenance after launch, on WordPress or a custom stack, with SEO for the sites we build | Website development |
| A mobile app | Native iOS and Android or cross-platform in React Native or Flutter, with the API behind it and store submission handled | Mobile app development |
| A web application or portal | Customer, partner or internal systems on .NET, Node.js or Java, connected to what you already run | Web application development |
| .NET and cloud work | New builds on current .NET, migration off .NET Framework, and moves to Azure, AWS or Google Cloud | .NET development |
| Data and AI | Pipelines, warehouses and Power BI dashboards; AI assistants, document processing and agents with governance built in | AI development |
| A plan before a build | An assessment, a technology roadmap and a written proposal for the first step | Technology consulting |
| Engineers for your team | Named developers, testers or DevOps engineers working inside your tools on a monthly basis, scaled up or down as needed | IT staffing |
Engagements run as a fixed-scope project, a dedicated team or staff augmentation on a monthly cadence, managed services under a defined SLA, or advisory work such as an assessment, a roadmap or a fractional CTO. A Miami founder usually starts with the first; a department inside a larger organization often needs the second or third.
How we start
The first step is a first conversation. If it makes sense to continue, we run a short assessment: a look at your current systems, a conversation with the people who will use the result, and a written summary of options. Then we send a written proposal with a fixed-scope quote where the work can be defined up front, or a team proposal where it cannot. The engineering is the same for a solo founder and for a division of a large company; only the scope and the engagement model differ.

Frequently asked questions
Does PS3G have an office in Miami?
No. Our headquarters and only office is at 1201 N Market Street, Suite 111, Wilmington, Delaware, with a delivery center in India. We serve Miami and South Florida remotely and fly in for kickoffs, workshops and reviews by arrangement. We do not use a virtual Miami address or a local forwarding number.
Is PS3G a software development company in Miami or a remote vendor?
A remote vendor in your time zone. The project lead and architect are in the US, the build team blends US and India engineers, and meetings run over video during Eastern business hours. We travel for sessions that are better in person and plan each trip so it covers more than one meeting.
What does IT consulting for a Miami company involve?
An assessment of the systems, vendors and risks you have today, a roadmap that sequences what to fix, replace or leave alone, and a written proposal for the first step. For a growing Miami company that may be a technology roadmap; for an IT department, a modernization plan for a legacy application or a cloud migration assessment. You can act on the recommendation with us or without us.
Are you a web development company or an app development company in Miami?
Both, and often for the same client. A Miami organization frequently starts with a website, then asks for the customer portal behind it, then the mobile app that reaches the same users. One team handles web, mobile and the APIs they share, so the pieces are designed together and maintained together after launch.
Can you build a bilingual English and Spanish application?
Yes. We build web and mobile applications with localization designed in from the start: separate text resources, date, number and currency formatting by locale, right layouts for longer Spanish strings, and content management that lets your team maintain both languages. Our working language with clients is English; translation of your content is handled by your team or a translator you choose.
