SEO Services for Business Websites
SEO Services for Business Websites
SEO services from the team that builds your website: technical SEO, on-page optimization, content structure, schema.
SEO services from PS3G are for the websites we build and maintain. They cover the parts of search that live in the site itself: technical health, page structure, content organization, schema markup, speed and local signals. We do this work because a site we built should be found, and because the people who wrote the code are the right people to fix what search engines complain about. We do not sell paid advertising, social media management or email marketing, and we do not promise rankings.

That scope suits organizations of every size. A founder’s product site needs to be indexed correctly and rank for its own name and category. A professional firm needs practice-area pages that rank in its region. A department inside a large company needs a product site that does not compete with the corporate domain. The method is the same; the plan is sized to the site.
SEO from the people who build the site
Most SEO companies audit a site, hand the client a list of technical fixes, and wait for a developer to make them. Weeks pass. The developer disagrees with the SEO agency about what is possible. Half the fixes ship. The report next month notes the same issues.
When the SEO consultant and the developer are the same team, that loop disappears. We find the crawl problem and fix it in the same week. We change the heading structure and the template at the same time. We add schema markup in the code, not through a plugin that breaks on the next update. It is a narrower offering than a full-service SEO agency, and on purpose: website SEO services that we can actually deliver end to end, on sites whose code we know.
We practice this on our own properties. Our HIPAA-compliant EHR and telehealth platform, DocVilla, has a content-heavy marketing site that we build, maintain and optimize ourselves, so the method on this page is one we use weekly, not one we read about.
What our SEO covers, and what it does not
Covered
- Technical SEO. Crawlability, indexing, robots and sitemap configuration, canonical tags, redirects, duplicate content, structured URLs, HTTPS and mobile rendering. The fixes are made in the code or the platform configuration.
- On-page SEO. Title tags, meta descriptions, heading hierarchy, internal linking, image alt text and the keyword focus of each page, applied across the site rather than one page at a time.
- Content structure. One topic per page, a page for each service or product, supporting guides that answer the questions buyers ask, and a plan for which pages link to which. We can write the content or structure it for your writer.
- Schema markup. Organization, Service, FAQ, Article, Breadcrumb, Product and LocalBusiness markup in JSON-LD, validated and maintained with the templates.
- Speed and Core Web Vitals. Image optimization, font loading, script budgets, caching and layout stability, measured on real devices.
- Local SEO. Location pages, consistent name, address and phone details, LocalBusiness markup and the on-site signals that support a Google Business Profile. We advise on the profile; you own it.
Not covered
We do not run pay-per-click or paid social campaigns, manage social media accounts, send email marketing, buy links or run outreach campaigns. If you need those, use a marketing agency, and we will coordinate with them on anything that touches the site. We also do not take on SEO for sites we did not build and do not maintain, because we cannot fix what we cannot change. The exception is a one-time website SEO audit, which produces a fix list your own team or any developer can act on.
Our process
- Audit. A crawl of the site, a review of Search Console and analytics, a check of Core Web Vitals, an inventory of pages with their titles, headings and target topics, and a look at how competitors structure the same topics. Output: a prioritized fix list, not a long report.
- Fixes. Technical and on-page fixes made in the code and the platform, usually in priority order over a few release cycles, with each change recorded so you know what changed and when.
- Content plan. The pages the site is missing, the pages that should be merged or improved, and the guides that would answer buyer questions, with titles, headings and target topics for each. Written by us or by you.
- Measurement. Search Console impressions, clicks and average position by page and by query, Core Web Vitals field data, and indexing status, reviewed monthly against the plan and adjusted.

SEO built into every website and redesign we deliver
The best time to do technical SEO is before the site exists. Every site from our website development and web design practices launches with clean URLs, one H1 per page, a logical heading hierarchy, titles and meta descriptions on every page, an XML sitemap, correct canonical tags, schema markup for the page types it uses, optimized images and a performance budget. These are launch-checklist items, not an upsell.
A website redesign adds the part that protects what you already have: an inventory of existing URLs and their traffic, a redirect map, preserved content and headings where they work, and a post-launch check of indexing. Most ranking losses after a redesign come from skipping that inventory. For WordPress sites, our WordPress development practice builds themes that stay fast rather than ones that fight the SEO work later.
After launch, SEO continues as part of website maintenance and support: monthly checks of Search Console, fixes for new crawl errors, updates to schema and titles as the business changes, and the content plan carried forward.
Reporting that uses Search Console, not vanity numbers
SEO reports are easy to inflate. A “domain authority” score from a third-party tool, a count of keywords in the top 100, or a traffic estimate from a database are not things you can bank. We report from the sources that reflect reality: Google Search Console for impressions, clicks, average position and indexing; your analytics for sessions and conversions; and the Chrome field data behind Core Web Vitals for speed.
Each monthly report answers four questions in plain English: what changed on the site, what changed in search, what we think caused it, and what we will do next. Where a number is modeled rather than measured, it is labeled. Where we are uncertain, we say so. Ranking is influenced by competitors, algorithm updates and your industry, so we commit to the work and the measurement, not to a position.
Engagement models
- Fixed-scope project. An SEO audit and fix cycle for a site we built or maintain, with a defined list of changes and a content plan.
- Dedicated team or staff augmentation. A developer with SEO experience on a monthly basis for sites with a continuous program of content and template work.
- Managed services. SEO as part of ongoing website maintenance under a defined SLA: monthly measurement, fixes, schema and content updates.
- Advisory. A one-time website SEO audit and fix list, or an SEO review of a planned site structure before it is built.
How we start: a first conversation, a short assessment of the site and its Search Console data, a written proposal. SEO services for small business usually begin with the audit and a short fix cycle; larger sites usually fold SEO into a monthly maintenance plan.

Frequently asked questions
Do you offer SEO for a website PS3G did not build?
Ongoing SEO, no. We limit it to sites we build and maintain because the value of our approach is that the same team finds and fixes the problem, and we cannot fix a site whose code we do not control. We do offer a one-time website SEO audit for any site, which produces a prioritized fix list your own developer can act on. If you later move the site to our maintenance plan, ongoing SEO becomes available.
Can you guarantee first-page rankings?
No, and you should be wary of anyone who does. Rankings depend on competitors, algorithm changes, your industry and the quality of your content, none of which a vendor controls. What we commit to is the work: a technically sound site, correctly structured pages, schema markup, speed, a content plan, and honest monthly measurement from Search Console. That is what gives rankings a fair chance.
What is the difference between technical SEO and on-page SEO?
Technical SEO is whether search engines can crawl, render and index the site correctly: sitemaps, robots rules, canonical tags, redirects, speed, mobile rendering and structured data. On-page SEO is whether each page is clearly about one topic: titles, meta descriptions, headings, internal links, image alt text and the content itself. Technical problems stop pages being seen; on-page problems stop them being understood. We handle both.
Do you do local SEO for businesses in Wilmington, DE and nearby?
Yes, for sites we build and maintain. Local SEO on the site side means location pages, consistent name, address and phone details, LocalBusiness schema and content that names the areas you serve. We advise on your Google Business Profile, but you own and manage it. PS3G is headquartered in Wilmington, Delaware and works with businesses across Delaware, New Jersey, Philadelphia and New York, and remotely across the United States.
Do your SEO services include paid ads, social media or email marketing?
No. We do technical SEO, on-page optimization, content structure, schema markup, speed and local signals for the sites we build and maintain. Pay-per-click, paid social, social media management, email marketing, link buying and outreach are marketing services we do not offer. If you use a marketing agency for those, we coordinate with them on anything that touches the site, such as landing pages and tracking.
How do you report SEO results?
From Google Search Console, your analytics and Core Web Vitals field data, monthly, in plain English. The report says what changed on the site, what changed in search (impressions, clicks, average position, indexing), what we think caused it and what we will do next. Modeled numbers from third-party tools are labeled as estimates when we use them at all. You get the measurement, not a vanity score.
