Are you a web development agency in New York or an out-of-state firm?

We are a software engineering firm headquartered in Wilmington, Delaware, that serves New York organizations. We do not keep a New York office, and we do not invent one on this page. Usually. We start with a code and infrastructure review to find out what we are inheriting, document it, and give you a written view of what is sound, what needs work and what should be replaced. From there you can move to maintenance under a defined SLA, a fixed-scope cleanup, or a rebuild if the review justifies it.
